BERLIN – There were plenty of accolades for outgoing City Manager Patrick MacQueen Tuesday night delivered with a hearty dose of good-natured roasting.

After 11 years as city manager, MacQueen is retiring at the end of this week and city officials hosted a retirement party at the Northland Restaurant.
