LANCASTER — The Friends of the Weeks Memorial Library in Lancaster will be holding their annual Columbus Day weekend book sale Saturday, Oct. 11, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. The sale includes not only books but also audiotapes, CDs, videotapes, DVDs, puzzles, games and much more.

Paperback books, children’s books and videos will sell for 50¢ and all other items for $1 from 9 a.m. until noon. As usual, everything becomes part of the “$1 a bag” sale at noon and will remain available at that price as long as items are on the shelf. We will provide bags for $1 a bag as part of the sale.
