The Berlin Board of Water Commissioners, after a lengthy process of reviewing and evaluating input options, approved several revisions to the Berlin Water Works Rules & Regulations during the March 16, board meeting. The summary of these changes is as follows:

1- From Article 3 – Berlin Water Works will have the responsibility of maintaining, replacing and/or upgrading the portion of the water service lines in the public right-of-way.
