Obituary: Olive A. Bourassa

Olive A. Bourassa, 92, formerly of Derrah Street, Berlin, N.H., passed away on Jan. 13, 2020, at the Coos County Nursing Home in Berlin, N.H.

She was born in Berlin on July 7, 1927, the daughter of Donat and Rosanna (Landry) Couture and was a lifelong resident of the city.

Olive loved her camp in Errol, spending time with her family and grandchildren, and she loved her cat Lucky.

Members of the family include her children Helene Arseneau and husband Marcel of Milan, N.H., and Ronald Bourassa and wife Nancy of Errol, N.H.; two grandchildren Aaron Bourassa and his wife Katie Lynn, and Jessica Baker; three great-grandchildren Zaylee Baker, Tucker and Avery Bourassa; sister Janet King; nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was predeceased by her husband Leopold F. Bourassa; sisters Marie Rose Babineau, Florence Croteau, Cecile Gagnon, and Lillian Lozier; and five brothers Roland, Romeo, Lionel, Paul and Leo Croteau.

There will be no calling hours. A private graveside service will be held in the spring in the Errol Village Cemetery.
