Dustin Gregory Moore, M.D., 27, of Unionville, Conn., and formerly of Berlin, N.H., died Monday, March 24, 2025, at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center surrounded by his family and friends.

Dustin was born in North Conway, N.H., son of Gregory G. and Lynn M. (Laroche) Moore, and raised in Berlin, graduating from Berlin High School as Valedictorian of his class in 2015. A brilliant student with great promise, he earned his B.S. in Biomedical Science: Medical Laboratory Science and his M.A. in Nutritional Science from the University of New Hampshire. He earned his M.D. from UCONN Medical School and planned to continue his residency in neurology.
