CONCORD —The Task Force on Domestic Violence Cases in the NH Judicial System will hold a remote meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 11, at 4 p.m. to discuss existing court practice and procedure in cases involving domestic violence allegations. The Task Force will also explore the resources needed to better support victims of domestic violence throughout the legal process. These two elements comprise the first charge of the Task Force as laid out in the Supreme Court order establishing the group on December 9.

The meeting will be held remotely via Webex and members of the public are welcome to view the proceedings through the Supreme Court’s livestream at courts.nh.gov/our-courts/supreme-court/oral-argument/live-stream. Those wishing to provide comments to the Task Force can send email to: DVTaskForceComments@courts.state.nh.us
