CONCORD — The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces that work on the bridge that carries N.H. Route 16 over the Peabody River in Gorham will begin on Wednesday, Aug. 5.

Work to be completed on this bridge, known locally as the “Third Hole” includes the replacement of the bridge joint, as well as a sealant deck preservation treatment.
