REGION — North Country Healthcare recently updated its patient portal, an important tool that allows patients to view their health information and test results, fill out forms or request appointments and medication refills.

This update is a result of patient feedback requesting easier-to-use care tools. Patient portals are web-based platforms that provide flexibility and transparency for patients and empower them to be active participants in their health care.
