CONCORD — New Hampshire is one of the most civically engaged states in the country, thanks, in part, to the state’s civic education curriculum students are taught in fourth grade.

With that in mind, Secretary of State David M. Scanlan and Deputy Secretary of State Erin Hennessey have announced the state’s first-ever “I Voted” sticker contest.
