Northeast ATV Rentals develops less impactful plan

GORHAM — Terry MacGillivray, who owns Northeast Snowmobile and ATV Rentals and three Main Street properties, two of which are now used to support recreational vehicle rentals, appeared remotely before the Gorham Planning Board on Thursday, April 15, and submitted a new proposal with no advance paperwork.
