Coos Family Health receives National Patient Care Recognition

BERLIN — Coos County Family Health Services, a federally qualified health center serving Northern New Hampshire, has been awarded Patient-Centered Medical Home recognition for the 15th year in a row, marking a significant milestone in the organization's commitment to providing high-quality, comprehensive health care.

The recognition, awarded by the National Committee for Quality Assurance, validates the health center's innovative approach to patient care. The recognition demonstrates Coos County Family Health Services' dedication to providing coordinated, accessible and patient-centered health care services to the rural communities of Coos County.
