ANDROSCOGGIN VALLEY — A busy Memorial Day weekend boosted by the opening of ATV season has chamber and business people predicting a strong summer season.

“I couldn’t believe how busy it was,” said Androscoggin Valley Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Paula Kinney.
