GORHAM — Saturday, June 29, the Medallion Opera House in the Gorham Town Hall will host the “Songs of Berlin” concert led by Susan Goyette from 7 to 9 p.m.
While sifting through the shelves of old sheet music in a thrift store in Berlin, Tina Marquis was surprised to happen upon a song written by a local gentleman by the name of Felix Pisani. Despite being printed in 1944, the two copies of "I Came To Say Good-bye Sweetheart" were in pristine condition and selling for only 10 cents each. She bought both copies and gave one to her brother David Goyette, who studies piano.
