BROWNFIELD, Maine — Stone Mountain Arts Center is thrilled to present acclaimed singer-songwriter Dar Williams on Saturday, Dec. 27, for a special post-holiday concert. Joining Dar will be folk-rock band The Nields, creating a festive night of music, harmony and storytelling to close out the year.

For more than two decades, Williams has been a voice in contemporary folk music — known for her ability to speak to the heart of political and personal moments. From albums like “The Honesty Room,” “Mortal City” and “My Better Self” to her more recent work exploring community and place, Williams continues to inspire fans across generations. She released her 13th studio album, “Hummingbird Highway” on Sept. 12. It is her first release on Ani DiFranco’s label, Righteous Babe Records.
