Continuing this summer's theme of tasting beers with added fruits, berries and spices, this week we turn to the tropics, where lazy breezes stir the steamy air. What could be more tropical than the coconut? The mild nutty flavor of the seed of the coconut palm flavors desserts and adds a cooling complexity to spicy cuisines. So why not add it to beer?
