Player of the Week Mia Letarte

Mia Letarte has an unwavering dedication and commitment to the Lake Region field hockey team. “Mia brings an intense passion for field hockey and a constant drive to improve both as a player and a teammate. Her effort and focus are evident every single day — she’s consistently on time, prepared, and sets the pace for our practices with her incredible work ethic,” Laker Coach Lucy Moen said. “Mia’s energy pushes those around her to match her intensity, and she lifts her teammates up with positive encouragement and accountability.”

Coach Moen first had the pleasure of coaching Mia in middle school, and even then, she knew she would be an outstanding athlete at the varsity level.
