Charles D. Bigonski July 1, 1943 – February 21, 2026

WATERFORD — Charles David Bigonski passed away peacefully on February 21, 2026, after a brief illness surrounded by his loving family. He was born on July 1, 1943, in Portland, a son of Stephen V. Bigonski Sr. and Eleanor (Allen) Willey. After graduating from Norway High School in 1961 he joined the Army National Guard. He married his high school sweetheart, Brenda Pike on February 22, 1964. He retired from Central Maine Power after many years.

He had a passion for music and loved singing karaoke whenever he had the chance. He enjoyed taking fishing trips to New York and Canada, and especially his life-changing trip to Alaska. He enjoyed spending time with friends, which he had everywhere.
