CASCO — In an effort to start using the beach access on the property that was purchased almost 10 years ago, a stormwater management plan has been sent to the state.

On Tuesday, Casco Town Manager Anthony “Tony” Ward updated the Casco Select Board on the likelihood of a boat launch area on Parker Pond.
