To The Editor:

Greetings and happy meteorological autumn. Another autumn season is rapidly approaching, as we all transition out of our summer season. It was another enjoyable summer for many. It is Labor Day weekend for this coming weekend. Let’s all enjoy the rest of the remaining summer days, while we also transition into autumn. As we all gather for more end-of-summer activities, barbeques, etc., let’s all be mindful and give pause to all of the hard work that we Americans do in our careers and jobs. We should honor all who help keep our communities and our small and medium-size businesses going in our local communities. Local workers help to drive or move our economy forward, including emergency and health-care workers, emergency responders, teachers, among many others.
