To The Editor:

When I was hiring staff as a program manager and engineering director in the aerospace industry, I looked for individuals who exhibited the combination of intelligence, drive to excel, and ability to collaborate with their colleagues. When I first met Beth Bosworth, I sensed she had these traits and, after working with her on her campaign over the past several months, my first impressions were more than validated.
