To The Editor:

A huge shout-out to the Bridgton Hannaford for helping sponsor our annual “Trail Magic” day on the Appalachian Trail. We held a barbecue, gear-restocking, and snack-rally at a nearby trail crossing for thru-hikers on their way to Katahdin from Georgia. With Hannaford’s generous help, we were able to stuff the gullets of over a dozen thru-hikers and they were delighted. Thank you for your support!
