To The Editor:

When the Waste Water project came to Bridgton there was a plan in place to pay for it by making it fair and equitable for everyone. The plan was broken down in parts so it wouldn’t just come from the taxpayers or just the users of the system. This was to help build a better infrastructure for the town while protecting our bodies of water to be clean and safe. A big piece of that plan was to be drawn from our Tax Increment Financing (TIF) account.
