Bridgton-Lake Region Rotary Club welcomed 30 attendees — Rotarians, families, and friends from southern Maine and New Hampshire — for an insightful discussion on global polio eradication efforts.

The event, held at Highland Lake Resort in Bridgton, focused on the challenges and successes of Rotary International’s mission to end polio worldwide, particularly in light of the defunding of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), a crucial partner in the fight against polio.
