NORWAY — Since 1972, the Norway Arts Festival has created a space where the greater community can come together to participate, learn, and support the Maine arts community. The festival showcases artisans of all kinds through art and craft vendors, live demonstrations, performances, keynote speakers, musicians, and farmers, all set within the historic buildings of downtown Norway.

This year, the Norway Maine Arts Festival is on Saturday, Sept. 12 in downtown Norway. Vendors will be tabling from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with more events going into the evening. The Norway Maine Arts Festival is free and open to the public. Norway-based arts nonprofit Lights Out produces the festival as an annual part of its growing statewide programming.
