Exeter Senior Mike Atsalis scored 1:55 into sudden death overtime, leading the Blue Hawks to a thrilling 4-3 Division I hockey victory over the Berlin Mountaineers in Berlin on Wednesday. It was the first regular season game for both squads.

Exeter had tied the game up with just under five minutes to play in the third period. The Hawk goal scored by David Meline came ten seconds after Berlin had fought hard to take the lead on a power play goal.
