BERLIN — At 9:08 a.m. on Sept. 7, the bells at Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church rang out, part of the service that also marked the church’s 110th anniversary.

Popularly known as the Russian church both for its distinctive rooftop domes in the style of Russian architecture and for the immigrants to Berlin who built the church on land donated to it from the Brown Company over a century ago, this church is growing.
