To the Editor:

At the Feb. 13 selectmen's meeting , selectman Pat LeFebvre publicly alleged that the warrant article to eliminate the town manager form of government had been created simply to fire the current town manager. I explained that the purpose of Article 3 is to eliminate the town manager form of government because town managers take away some of the statutory powers from the board of selectmen (nhmunicipal.org/TownAndCity/Article/248).
