This Thursday there will be a ribbon cutting for the first large scale housing development built in the city in decades. Riverside Heights is an 88-unit high end manufactured home park geared for professionals.

“This is the only one of its kind in New Hampshire,” said realtor Jonathan Edwards of Coulombe Real Estate.
