N.H. Community Technical College class of 2007 refused to allow the damp chilly weather to mar its outdoor graduation ceremonies Friday night.

There was standing room only under the white tent set up to accommodate the 130 graduates, their families and friends. The graduates clapped and cheered as speakers praised their accomplishments and urged them to chase their dreams.
