SARGENT’S PURCHASE — The first measurable snowfall of the season fell on Mount Washington on Sunday.
New England’s tallest peak recorded its first snowfall of the season on Sunday, measuring 0.3 inches of snow, according to summit data recorded by the non-profit Mount Washington Observatoy and posted at mountwashington.org.
