CONCORD — A N.H. Department of Safety Administrative officer has ruled Volodymyr Zhukovskyy’s driving contributed to the fatal crash that killed seven motorcyclists on Route 2 in Randolph five years ago.

Zhukovskyy, of West Springfield, Mass., was driving the pick-up truck and trailer that collided with a group of JarHeads Motorcycle Club bikers. After a jury found him not guilty of all charges in connection with the crash, Zhukovskyy applied last September to have his New Hampshire driving privileges restored. His license had been suspended by the Department of Safety three days after the June 21, 2029 crash.
