Public hearing crowd backs Route 16 OHRV alternative

Gorham code enforcement officer John Scarinza spoke at the Feb. 10 public hearing about the proposed ½-mile-long alternative OHRV route on Route 16. The Routes 2 and 16 intersection is on map’s lower left corner. Later he said he’d talked with dozens and dozens of people over two years: Lancaster Road (Route 2) residents, business owners and the ATV community. (EDITH TUCKER PHOTO)
