BERLIN — The owner of Floral Designs vowed she will be back in business as soon as possible after fire heavily damaged the flower shop at 1219 Main Street in Berlin on Dec. 27.

Raegan Burlock said she is in discussions with her insurance company but stressed that she will definitely reopen her business.
