BERLIN-GORHAM — Eversource has completed the sale of its hydroelectric facilities to an affiliate of Hull Street Energy, LLC.

Smith Hydro in Berlin and Gorham Hydro were among the nine plants sold for $83.3 million. The 17.2-megawatt Smith Hydro is the largest of the nine plants while Gorham Hydro at 2.2 megawatts is one of the smallest.
