LANCASTER — A Berlin man was found guilty of six counts in Coos County Superior Court on March 9 and will serve at least one year in state prison.

Spencer Rines, 24, of Berlin pleaded guilty to violation of a protective order, criminal threatening, burglary, criminal mischief, second degree assault, and witness tampering. He received a one-to-four-year sentence on the criminal threatening case with credit for 64 days of pre-confinement credit.
