Chester J. Winslow, 38, Burgess Street, Berlin, was fined $500 and has his driver’s license revoked for 12 months for a Class A misdemeanor charge of aggravated DWI. Prior to reissuance of his license, he must complete the IDIP program and provide a copy of his motor vehicle record reflecting no prior DWI convictions. A charge of left of center against Winslow was placed on file without finding on condition of good behavior for six months.
