BERLIN — Berlin police assisted in the arrest of a local man charged with the robbery of a bank in Concord last month.

John R. Griffin Jr., 64, of Berlin was arrested in Gorham on Wednesday, Dec. 18 by Concord Police for the Nov. 20 robbery at the Bank of New Hampshire in Concord. Police said a man wearing tan pants, a tan hooded sweatshirt, a black ski mask, black gloves, and a ski mask entered the Concord downtown bank and demanded money. No weapon was used and the man reportedly left on foot.
