GORHAM — As part of the Falls Prevention programming, Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance will be offered as a way to strengthen the body and prevent falls. Held at the Gorham Town Hall, the first session will begin Tuesday, July 5.

Falls are not a normal part of aging, and you can reduce your risk o f a fall. Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance is a research based program designed to help older adults and individuals with balance disorders reduce their risk of a fall.
