New Hampshire humorist, author, and storyteller Rebecca Rule will present “That Reminds Me of a Story” on Saturday at the Marc A. Hurzeler MD Library in Jefferson.

JEFFERSON — Living in a rural area has its benefits and challenges. A Smithsonian Traveling Exhibition, “Crossroads-Change in Rural America” will show that when it opens Saturday, March 29 at the Jefferson Community Center.

The exhibit runs through May 10 and is co-sponsored by New Hampshire Humanities and the Jefferson Historical Society. The interactive exhibit will focus on changes in rural America over the past century and what those changes mean for the future of rural communities, including Jefferson, in Coos County.
