BERLIN — Tri-County Community Action Program, Inc., announces the availability of Cold Weather Shelter Funds, awarded to Tri-County CAP by the New Hampshire Bureau of Homeless Services, for the purpose of placing unsheltered individuals and families in appropriate temporary shelter during cold-weather events.

Funds through Tri-County CAP are available to any municipality in Coos or Grafton County. The program operates from Dec. 1 to April 30, 2026, or until the pool of funds is exhausted. Funds may be used by municipalities to defray costs associated with temporarily housing the unsheltered people during winter storms.
