BERLIN – On Friday, local volunteers will be cleaning up the city as part of the Berlin Downtown Day of Caring from 8 a.m.-3 p.m.

The event, centered at 961 Main St. in Berlin, is just one of more than a dozen such events sponsored by Granite United Way statewide, during which thousands of volunteers will be rolling up their sleeves and providing hours of volunteering to complete ‘wish list’ projects at local non-profits across New Hampshire and Windsor County, Vermont.
