BERLIN — Work continues to form a program to encourage, if not keep, young people in Berlin from using drugs.

Representatives at the Feb. 20 meeting of the Berlin Community Prevention Coalition included youth-focused clubs, faith-based organizations, health care services and non-profit entities speaking about programs and services to guide young people’s best emotional and cognitive development.
