BERLIN --Frank Edward Stone, 14, died on September 28, 2010 at the Boston Children’s Hospital in Boston, Mass. He was born in Lancaster on Nov. 13, 1995 and has been a lifelong resident of Berlin. Frank loved school, where he was an eighth grade Ssudent at the Berlin Junior High. He enjoyed his participation in Special Olympics, fire trucks, the Dukes of Hazzard, sports and television.
