BERLIN — As part of his Summer Pop Art Tour, American Pop Artist Michael Albert will be bringing his nationally known Cereal Box Collage Workshop to the Berlin Public Library on Thursday, Aug. 21, for a special pop art making program. The program will take place from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Space is limited; call the library at (603) 725-5210 or email dtorres@berlinnh.gov to preregister.

He will give a short talk and presentation and then lead a hands-on collage workshop where participants will have the chance to create their masterpieces using Albert’s materials of choice, namely cereal boxes and other colorful cardboard packages, including cookie boxes, cracker boxes, soda cartons and many other well-known consumer brands. All participants will receive a free signed poster of one of Albert’s creations as a special gift for joining him in this creative art-making session.
