Honor Flight Peter Howard

HONOR FLIGHT — Bridgton's Peter Howard (left) was joined by his son-in-law, Chris Roy, who served as his guardian are pictured during their late April Honor Flight Maine to Washington, D.C.

When Peter Howard’s brother told him about Honor Flight and what the trip was like, immediately he thought, “I’d like to do that someday.”

Someday was this spring, April 25-27. It seemed everything came into line for Peter Howard to make a trip to Washington, D.C. to join other Maine veterans to see memorials created in honor of all those who served this country.
