CASCO — The Town of Casco is in the ballpark when it comes to revenue predictions.

Last week, Casco Town Manager Tony Ward updated the elected local officials on the budget. The repeated theme in the manager’s comments is: This will change. After all his report took place on July 1, the first day of the municipality’s fiscal year.
