In an effort to provide some relief to the housing affordability crisis, we are building a duplex on Middle Ridge Road on an 80,000-square-foot lot. The units will be about 1,000 square feet each with two bedrooms and one and half baths and will be insulated with spray foam insulation for efficiency. We will be selling each unit for around $279,000. With 3% down, the monthly mortgage payment would be the same or less than the rent for a comparable unit.
