Open Enrollment for 2026 Affordable Health Insurance begins Nov. 1, 2025, and ends Jan. 15, 2026. Go to CoverME.gov to enroll for Marketplace health care coverage. It’s best to update your application each year to include your current household income and verify that your medications and providers are covered by your plan. Enroll before Dec. 15 for plans starting Jan. 1, 2026.

This year, individuals will have a choice from up to 65 plans on the state-based platform. To see plans and prices go to CoverME.gov and complete the Plan Compare Tool by entering simple information such as your age, family members ages, zip code and estimated 2026 income.
