Sunday, Aug. 2, 5 p.m. Author Series featuring Lily King, and Heart of the Lover, a 2025 novel (companion to Writers & Lovers) centering on a young, unnamed college writer who becomes entangled in an intense love triangle with two friends, Sam and Yash, in the 1980s. It explores the lasting impact of youthful, often reckless choices on love, friendship, and ambition, following these characters into middle age and dealing with loss and redemption.
