BERLIN-The Berlin Football Association has officially announced that Steve and Gina Dumas have resigned from their team Mom and Dad position after over a year of service. Their role in the program included coordinating and supervising fundraising events, directing game operations, administrative paperwork, funds transfers, and coordination/operation of the snack and merchandise stand.

Steve and Gina are directly responsible for raising thousands of dollars for the youth athletes of the Berlin Gladiators. They were voted and named Berlin Football Associations Volunteers of the Year shortly after the 2012 season. The Berlin Football Association deeply thanks Steve and Gina for their loyalty, tireless effort, integrity and tireless service. The two exceeded far beyond what the Association could have ever dreamed of. They deserve the utmost credit in theirr role for resurrecting the game of football in the city of Berlin. They made a direct impact in countless lives, especially youth, not only for the year 2012, but residually as Gladiator generations continue to come through this program. They will forever part of the family and are permanently considered special guests at any Berlin Football event.
